Carseat cover - Shabby Stripes

Made with shabby stripe fabric (browns, blues, tans, and orange) and a contrasting blue bubble fabric on the underside.  Handles are secured with a velcro closure and ric-rac accent.  Bottom corner has a sweet accenting blue rosette that is removable for easy washing.
